Looking over the river At Malpas, Truro

At Bespoke Cornwall Architecture, we recently visited a property with stunning views of the river at Malpas, near Truro. The design brief involves transforming an existing one-bedroom bungalow into a two-storey, four-bedroom residence. We put forward a design for the project to maximize space and enhance its charm. Currently used as a holiday home, the property is underutilized with just one bedroom and in need of modernization.
